With her Extensive work in influencer marketing and social media management, Luscious recognized the need to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that go into creating the delicious food cherished by the community.
As the creator of "Another Dallas Texas Check," Luscious provides unique, experience-based reviews on her social media platforms. The hashtag #anotherdallastexascheck has amassed 15 million views, significantly boosting the visibility and revenue of these businesses.
Through her efforts, Luscious has not only elevated the profile of Black-owned restaurants on social media but has also driven substantial foot traffic to these establishments, making a lasting impact on the DFW culinary scene.

Rickey Booker Sr
Rickey Booker Sr, known to many as Rick, accepted a bet from a
business partner and took on the challenge of creating the now-famous Breakfast Brothers menu. Launched in 2017, Breakfast Brothers quickly became known for its soul-satisfying food, serving over 700 party-goers every Friday and Saturday night. The brand has grown into a "must-visit" attraction for both locals and travelers to the DFW area.
Rick's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have enabled him to grow from a one-person show to managing hundreds of employees across multiple businesses. For over 20 years, he has provided opportunities and a positive work environment for his team. Rick has made a lasting impact on the Dallas-Fort Worth area through his commitment to quality and community.
As co-founder of the Southern Taste of Dallas Awards, Rickey Booker Sr. continues to be a trusted and respected entrepreneur, celebrating the achievements of Black-owned restaurants and contributing to the vibrant culinary scene of the DFW area.
